My first post, and my first functional BSD laptop for daily use. I spent some time exploring FreeBSD a few months ago, but went back to Arch. I did get a secondary drive in my Thinkpad however, to do some more experiments. I really connected with OpenBSD for some reason. It was a pain in my a$$ for like 3 weeks, but I kept trying, breaking, reinstalling until it started to make sense. Went all in and wiped my Arch install and replaced it with OpenBSD. It sounds strange to those who don't relate to such things, but there is some intangible quality of peaceful and thoughtful with BSD that would just make you sound like a complete nerd if you were to try to explain it. So I just don't. Anyway, here is the desktop environment. Its mostly Suckless since Im on that train ATM. That secondary drive is destined for experiments with Net, and Dragonfly I think...
