It looks you run release 7.0. I asked b/c if you run current this error could get fix in a snapshot. I would send a bug report- see OpenBSD mailing list and how-to's.

on that way, Im just expecting to be able to suspend my computer instead of power it off/on everyday. But it's not working :o

Something might be waking the system up. A dmesg output after the system wakes up prematurely may provide clues. Can you go into your BIOS and disable as many devices as possible and try again? Check the sleep/suspend settings there too (if any).

Can you unplug all external USB devices and try again? Also, post the dmesg output after the suspend fails.

in fact, everything was unplugged, except touchscreen whom is directly on the same plug than LVDS.
In addition, looks like openbsd can't poweroff with shutdown -hp now : even with that commands it restarts the laptop instead of shut it down..

Hmm. This begins to look like a HW/firmware bug. See if there are any BIOS updates for your system.

@hd99 Did you get to the bottom of this suspend issue?

I have the same issue with a Lenovo Thinkcentre M910q. It goes into suspend, but comes right back out of sleep a couple of seconds later.
