I wonder, and perhaps @Jay can answer this, but does the forum support collapsing comments? That was all the comment's without screenshots can be collapsed to save space and opened by those who wish to read them?

pin yes , i have also configured polybar with transparency just want to configure it so it can show tray icons it has a problem with that something i did wrong i guess and has no tray icons of applications, so i used mate-panel and mate-settings-daemon .
Very nice blurred transparency with polybar also if not even cooler !
mate-panel is a temporary solution

I'm guessing you also pinched your colour's from jcs, the sdorfehs dev and OpenBSD user? Or perhaps they pinched their colours from you 🤔 Excellent colour palette indeed! I don't suppose your wall is #84998f by any chance? 😆

oxbar is on github too, and it's easy to compile from source. I haven't configured it at all. I think it's a good status bar for cwm and other WM's since you don't need to do anything to start using it.
