NetBSD port-arm on Pine64 SOQuartz

Jared McNeill released a port of tianocore for the Quartz64 SBCs.

I am able to boot UEFI from a sd card on a SOQuartz but I do not know what to do next to get NetBSD itself running.

Thanks to Jared for helping me figure things out.

1) UEFI needs to be on one medium, like an SD card
2) OS image needs to be on something different, like an eMMC module

Power it up, and things should boot and load. My only issue now is NetBSD is detecting the filesystem as read-only. I'm stumped as to how to fix this.
