This will turn most useful after forum updates. But don't be harsh with @Jay , he's the friendliest admin to have ever walked this planet. report connectivity problems (name resolution, certificates, recurrent downtimes) report mistakes and typos in the wiki-tagged and blog-tagged pages. suggest thread splitting or thread merging. Would putting the DC stuff in https://www.unitedbsd.com/d/860-sh1-features-to-avoid into an own thread (e.g. "beware of DC version differences") a good idea and help to put the thread back on its original rails? EDIT: I see it happened. THANKS! That just was too much DC for a SH thread...

The following snapshot is not a montage! Should we NFT it as "beware of strawman clones"? Edit: It seems to be reproducible: Switch the user listing to "Most Discussions" and scroll down to the 1st "Load More" stop ... ... click for more ... ...and again a clone. Ok. So not a rare event, probably not really a hit to sell via NFT... :-( But wait! There is more! Two times the same bunny in one screenshot without doctoring it! I had to try that!!! \o/ ...aaaaaaaand JACKPOT!

JuvenalUrbino I think it should rather be "that's what the world became" but, yeah!

Oooopsy... This is both rabbits in the same place and one glitching. I saw other similar glitches with a single rabbit before too with other stripey patterns, so the 2nd one is not the cause of the problem. Unless others have seen this before, I'll just blame it on X11 on this hardware (ThinkPad-T510/Intel-GPU/Debian11)? Edit: IIRC the glitch starts when the bunny changes the direction.

But tag count cap is 3 so one of BSDs is left overboard.

Please raise the cap and assign missing "OpenBSD" tag to the posts, if possible.

I would have to disagree. GhostBSD is based on FreeBSD and not a different BSD. In that case, we would need to also add Fuglta, just to give an example.

pin There is an OS108 tag which is NetBSD. This way either other derivatives - FuguIta, GhostBSD, NomadBSD, helloSystem - distrowatch knows 16 BSDs in total - should be allowed, or OS108 should be put back to NetBSD.

I thought OS108 enjoys some popularity at UnitedBSD, so it has a dedicated tag. Other derivatives aren't discussed much, so no tag for them... Seems fair...

I personally need no additional tags for now...

uxer OS108 is @Jay baby. The forums were merged sometime ago, you'd have to ask him but, if I had to guess, it's probably admin related.

Honestly, I don't see the point of this discussion. Simply close the banner and it won't show again, as long as you don't logout.
