after login I run command:
service dhcpcd restart, but can't find service. shutdown,poweroff etc don't work either.

unicorn Since you're on NetBSD, run this command as root:
cat /etc/mtree/set.[bcg-x]* | mtree -e -p /
You can ignore (for the time being, but, I really must file a PR for this) the handful of errors in the compat libraries. If there are no other mis-matches, then your HW is suspect. If there are more mis-matched checksums, then you either have a bad install or bad HW. Do a fsck using the install image.
