os108, openbsd, end user, differences?

hi boys,

coming after few months from the softy world of ultra-safety with openbsd and dwm (isotop), the two main difficulties are the mounting storage usb or hdd volumes, plus the wifi connection, whom are features only reserved to the root user, whom is a bit unconvenient if you share your laptop with relatives :)
does os108 manages mounting drives + wifi on the same way, or like linux it's accessible from common users?

hd99 OS108 is basically NetBSD underneath so all functionality of NetBSD is present there :)

For this, you'll probably need a FreeBSD-based distribution like NomadBSD (which can be also installed permanently on a disk, and is just a vanilla FreeBSD under the hood).

Jay you mean openbsd stability and elegance of code without root users required for wifi or mounting devices? :o
