Sharing my pkgsrc packages for Linux

So, I have set up my workstation as a Slackware 15.0 desktop with a - mostly - pkgsrc-2021Q4 based userland. These are the packages I compiled for myself, since Joyent's binaries are built on EPEL7 (even though they use PREFER_PKGSRC=yes, so up-to-date libs) and lack some vital packages like libreoffice, vlc and firefox. I've applied very simple fixes to to get those and few others to build. I may accept requests for binaries at vms@, tough, in all due honesty, I don't even know how much I'm keeping this online.

Packages finally updated to 2022Q1, with few additions. Deprecated packages linted. Common default flags are: alsa dbus inet6 ncursesw opengl openssl unicode xcb x11. Linked against native Xorg and compiled with GCC 11.

Repository updated to 2022Q3. All packages have been rebuilt on the latest stable kernel for Slackware 15 (which is 5.15.63, see the relevant osabi-Linux package). New PKG_DEFAULT_OPTIONS (like gtk3, perl, pcre2, svg, truecolor) and package-specific build options have been introduced. The repository now contains more than 1000 packages, though many of them are build dependencies, and texlive alone accounts for 150. Only few local patches were applied.

The following alternatives were chosen:

Package requests can be forwarded on the newsserver at alt.unitedbsd or via mail.

I really appreciate your interest, but I wonder if a mirror in Europe is worth the trouble (for you to set it up), given my server is located in Italy. However, considering the number of users here based in Sweden, it could make sense to have a Swedish mirror.
At the same time, I'm only aware of couple of users who actually use my packages; are you among them? In any case, I think reporting/fixing bugs is the greatest contribution one could make; this eases the build process considerably, and avoids having to stop in order to (attempt to) provide a fix.
