got (Game of Trees) portable now supports NetBSD

Thomas Adam (fvwm3 mantainer) recently merged support for NetBSD in
the portable version of got (Game of Trees) 0.67 VCS. Previously, the only way of deploying got on NetBSD was the pkgsrc port of the OpenBSD
version, which required non-negligible downstream patching and was still, as of today, stuck at v. 0.48.

This commit fixes some things preventing got-portable from compiling on
netbsd, like checking for panelw in the gnu/ncursesw libraries, and
properly linking against openbsd-compat.

Boo requiring ncurses on netbsd

Ideally, at the moment of packaging one could make tog not require widechar support and link it against system's curses, while making ncursesw dependency available as a build option (i.e. similarly to neomutt and many other utils). Possibly, the amount of patching required is negligible. Otherwise, the package may as well happily live without building tog by default (and I'd be perfectly ok with that).
