springsnow the FFS/UFS implementations of the various BSDs have diverged over the years to the point of become incompatible with one another. Aside from that, and the obvious consideration that partition naming and partition letter assignment differ significantly between partition tables (MBR with BSD label vs GPT, but also, on other BSDs, GPT with nested BSD label, dedicated BSD label disks, BSD64 label on DragonFly) and type of storage devices (wd, sd, ld, nvme...the dk system...), then no, I'm not aware of such limitations (as opposed to things like FAT32 and ext2).
