graphical network manager in NetBSD

hi all, i would like to inquire if there is a graphical network manager package in NetBSD

dhpcd is already built-in in NetBSD 9.0 right?

Out of curiousity, why running NetBSD 9.0 and not 9.2?

I get an "Error saving /etc/dhcpcd.conf. The dhcpcd configuration file is not writable" error with dhcpcd-gtk

Thanks for the clarification . I guess this still need improvement because I also found this thread in the NetBSD mailing list which the developer, Roy Marples replied with the same inquiry. I am not sure if there is newer update for the improvement

I have tried upgrading with sysgrade but sysupgrade to 9.2 will fail in i386. I will receive a "ftp: Error retrieving file '404 Not Found'" error. I have an i386 installation.

The file in the binary/sets folder in the server is just base.tgz not base.tar.gz

I'm upgrading now after editing /usr/pkg/etc/sysupgrade.conf and uncommenting ARCHIVE_EXTENSION and updating the value to tgz

I borked my upgrade. I just installed a fresh 9.2.

I believe in the roadmap for NetBSD goals, there is a mention on making a native NetBSD network manager.

It'd be nice to have one. Hopefully someone is hacking away at it or once I feel a little more comfortable programming on NetBSD, trying to tackle it myself.

tcmart14 That just means it's available as a Google Summer of Code project. It's probably also possible to apply for NetBSD Foundation funding outside of GSoC if you come up with a compelling enough proposal.
