I know that pacBSD uses the FreeBSD kernel and is based on Arch Linux, but which one is supposed to be better, pacBSD or FreeBSD? Which one offers better stability and speed?
pacBSD vs FreeBSD

PacBSD is an extremely niche and practically stagnating software distribution featuring a FreeBSD system with pacman as package manager instead of pkgng and OpenRC instead of RC as service supervision suite.
It's basically, pure FreeBSD, and I personally see no reason in using it as pkgng is more advanced and reliable than pacman
