So, I've left GitHub and moved to codeberg but, I still wanted to keep track of projects hosted at GitHub.

Unfortunately, to watch releases on GitHub you need an account ☹️
I even started a thread here about it and I'm glad I did ...

Although, I found liferea a bit too much for my needs, took a good look around, found neix and packaged it.

It does all I need and I can follow the GitHub projects I want without an account. At least for now...

awesome, I was a loyal user of snownews a decade ago but sadly it's bitrotted by now, this looks like a good replacement
