GhostBSD is based on FreeBSD and just adds a graphical environment out of the box. I, as a novice, just right for a start

deadblackclover Yes, I know ghost is based on FreeBSD. I was just curious. There are dozens of linux distros based on ubuntu and/or arch, but when you use screenfech/neofetch their own logo is displayed. Guess ghost didn't bother doing their own ascii art ? Anyway, nice looking screen.

Jay Thanks. It's the NetBSD logo inverted (mostly by hand) and applied on top of an image i no longer remember where i found it ("JugheadAbstract96" is the base image name). I have a variant in black. Maybe I should upload those aswell.

EDIT: I've built the package without graphics/libjpeg-turbo which, is a refered runtime dependency. Did it because, graphics/libjpeg-turbo conflicts with graphics/jpeg that I have installed. It would break over 30 packages if I remove graphics/jpeg 🙁
Please check if it runs with graphics/jpeg or if it indeed needs graphics/libjpeg-turbo
