NAND Flash on NanoPI NEO

Hello all,
I have just installed NetBSD on a NanoPI NEO. It boots fine from sd card (sdmmc0). But it's seems that internal NAND flash is not detected.
From the wiki http://wiki.netbsd.org/ports/evbarm/allwinner/#index2h1, NAND is supported on allwinner SoCs.
Any Idea?

Hello,
Thanks for the link. But Nano PI NEO 2 is a 64 Bits board (Allwinner H5 vs H3) and does not have emmc.
Flash driver is present:

armv7# modstat flash
NAME                    CLASS    SOURCE   FLAG  REFS    SIZE REQUIRES 
flash                   driver   builtin  -        1       - -

But flash device is not detected

armv7# disklabel /dev/flash0
disklabel: /dev/flash0: Device not configured
