Are you trying to highlight the obvious, i.e. NetBSD doesn't offer the latest plasma DE?
As somebody pointed out in one of your shots, plasma is a beast, so what's your suggestion? Besides, there are too many Linux things in it.
Personally, I can't stand kde or gnome and have always avoided them. Yes, on Linux also but, to everyone its own.
