In OpenBSD, the network device is determined by /etc/hostname.if. If you are using wifi, it would
be /etc/hostname.iwm0.
Per a web search, the T490 uses rge interface for the NIC and OpenBSD has native support for that chipset.
/etc/hostname.rge0 needs to contain
inet autoconf for dhcp
$man hostname.if for more info.
Unfortunately, the 3rd line in your screenshot shows that the firmware for iwm did not load. This is because Intel would not allow their firmware to be distributed with OpenBSD install media.
The easiest work around is to connect via rge0 and run # fw_update. It should grab everything you need. Alternatively you can download on another system and truck it over on a thumb drive. The man page for fw_update will tell you how to load the firmware from the thumb drive.

Look at the man page on how to setup /etc/hostname.iwm0
$man iwm
