unicorn OpenBSD 7.9, when run pkg_add -u , it shows merging packages at the beginning and then shows command complete. But when run pkg_add -u again, it's still the same process, nothing upgraded. I use my country's mirror.

rvp unicorn CDNs mirrors can sometimes be out-of-date. Can you a) use a different mirror, or b) run tor and polipo or privoxy etc and force pkg_add to use tor by setting http_proxy and https_proxy correctly?
