pkg_summary.gz possibly needs to be updated

Hello BSD Community,

I'm having an issue installing vim via pkgin on a fresh NetBSD 10.0 install:
download error: https://cdn.NetBSD.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/amd64/10.0/All/vim-9.1.0407.tgz Not Found
I tried pkgin -r update, but it didn't help.

From pkg_summary.gz: "PKGNAME=vim-9.1.0407", last modified 05-Aug-2024
The vim package at the above url is vim-9.1.0655.tgz, last modified 08-Aug-2024

I'm new to NetBSD... Can anyone let me know if I have the right read on the issue and, if so, let me know how to report the it?

Maybe it is a typo, but pkgin doesn't have a -r option.

But, I think pkgin install is doing update check.
