my experiences on some Chinese forums

I asked a simple question on the forum yesterday, and I can't find my post today, I think it's deleted without any notice. And once upon a time I asked another question, someone replied that it's so simple and they didn't give you any answer. I almost got every question answered on unitedbsd, whether it's complex or simple. Why there's so much differences? Culture??

As i'm (pretty much like most people outside of at least Asia i guess) not familiar with the Chinese culture i can't really answer this angle of your question but in general i'd say that there is a ton of difference between specific forums already and UnitedBSD is simply way up there when it comes to overall friendliness.

Bridge is essentially a social game, but unfortunately it attracts a substantial number of antisocial people. I think this holds for social networks too. This forum is still small,
but we have seen some sparkling confrontations recently. Some forums have more elitist approach, and strict rules about asking questions (stackoverflow, stackexchange...). But
forums are mostly not so formal. I think it is important for forum admins to have clear policy and act accordingly.
