I want to use my headphones but there's no sound. My dmesg audiocfg list, and audiocfg default 1 can't be executed

my USB headphones works perfect after I disable NB Azalia in BIOS, but my wired headphones still has no sound

audiocfg default 1 can't be executed

Why? This is essential.

I get an error when executing audiocfg default 1

setting default audio device to audio2
audiocfg: symlink /dev/audio: File exists
audiocfg: couldn't set default device

and I can't use the wired headphones under linux either. The box seems designed for windows

Force delete /dev/audio? audiocfg needs to run as root as well.
