How to check what changed between different NetBSD Versions?

Hello everyone, I upgraded from 9.3 to HEAD, so 10.99 everything kind of worked, only problem being that the wifi stopped working.
It seems that dhcp fails at getting an address on eduroam.

Now I don't know if this is a problem of 10.99 of just me messing up stuff.

But a more general question is: is there a way to check how the configuration of dhcpcd (/etc/dhcpcd.conf) in 9.3 is different from HEAD?
Since I remember it working with 9.3.

Or more in general, how can I check differences in these files between different NetBSD versions?

Try adding a -w (wait) to dhcpcd_flags in /etc/rc.conf

Read the CHANGES* files
Go through the commit logs on the ML.
Finally, look at the diffs: cvsweb, GitHub or [NNTP](nntp://news.gmane.io/gmane.os.netbsd.devel.cvs.full).
